An image proposal for the “Micasa” brand, a platform for booking holiday homes

The Goal

The goal of the project was to create a unique and engaging brand identity that would make customers feel at ease, even when staying in a vacation home on the other side of the world.

The brand, as per the client’s request, needed to have a retro yet youthful style, while also embodying corporate values such as hospitality, comfort, energy, and a desire to live life and make new experiences.

Logo costruction

After conducting a thorough analysis of competitors in the market, I created a mood board that served as inspiration for the design proposals.
The proposal described on this page was subsequently rejected by the client and revised. It originally utilized a clean and modern design with the sans-serif font “Poppins,” which is ideal for high legibility and geometricity.
The logo incorporated a combination of fresh and youthful colors, with lively shades capable of evoking cultures and landscapes from around the world. The warm colors were intended to convey a sense of warmth and hospitality, which contrasted with the serenity and modernity of the blues and greens.
